Toe Clamps

Above is an example of our Precision miniature Toe clamp series.
Pictured are the #10-32 size.
2.0” long x .50” wide x .25” thick
Typically, these are:
1) CNC machined for consistency and accuracy.
2) Engraved with the clamp and screw size,
3) De-burred, Heat treated, Black oxided and oiled, to preserve the finish.
We offer a variety of clamp sizes:
Common sizes are: #8-32,24, #10-32,24, ¼-20,28, 5/16-18,24, 3/8-16,24, ½-13,20
Or any other size you would like us to manufacture for you.
Each are of the same design and proportionately larger with the larger screw sizes.
For example the ¼-20 clamp is 2.75 in length, ½ thick, and 9/16 (.562) wide.
All are offered in the materials listed below.
We have used these many times to secure  parts in inspection fixtures.
They’re great for small prototype parts on the Bridgeport mills and rotary tables, CNC’s, Lathe Faceplates, the list goes on and on.
Their small, narrow design, gets them into tight places, when other clamps are just too big.

I’m sure they would work fine for woodworking projects, EDM burning, Inspection, anywhere you need a strong small clamp.
Gang them up to produce tremendous holding power in tight places.
We offer these in several materials:

1018 Carburized and hardened to Rc 55-60 with Black oxide finish or plain

8620 Carburized and hardened to Rc 55-60 with Black oxide finish or plain

4140 Hardened to Rc 58-62 with Black oxide finish or plain

300 series Stainless

400 series Stainless

(if you need PH material, we can offer those as well, hardened, at additional cost)

2024 Aluminum *Anodized or plain (Clear, Black, Blue, Gold, Red)

T6061 Aluminum* Anodized or plain (Clear, Black, Blue, Gold, Red)

*(Aluminum Anodizing is offered free with a minimum order of 120 clamps.)

(Smaller orders require a $100.00 additional fee. Please allow an additional 2 week delivery for anodizing)

Tip Designs are available for delicate materials where marring of the surface is undesirable. Small Quantities are not a problem.
